Happy Easter

Happy Easter! Here are a few pictures from the other day. We made cut out sugar cookies and decorated them for Easter. We always have a fun time together!
The following is a conversation that occured at dinner: (Me) " We don't have to worry about getting baths tonight because Gracie doesn't have preschool in the morning and there is nothing to do. ( Gracie-4) " Why don't I have school in the morning?" (Me) " Because tomorrow is Good Friday, Does anybody know what that means?" ( Nathan-7) " That's the day Jesus rose from the dead." (Me) " No, that is the day Jesus died on the cross. Why did Jesus have to die on the cross?" ( Lydia-6) " So that all of our sins would be washed away." ( Me) " Right, Lydie. What would happen if Jesus didn't die for our sins?" (Nathan) " Then we would all go to Satan's world." ( Gracie) " But we don't want to go there, we want to go to God's world!" Then we spent a few minutes talking about what Heaven would be like. They hardly sit still long enough to get serious, so it was a very sweet little talk! I love you guys!

All Five

Here is my attempt at having all 5 kids sit still for 2 seconds for one picture! As you can tell, it did not work so well! Noah was starving and Lehney was trying to fly off the couch before Lydia could catch her! Anyway, they are still adorable, and there you have it.:)
